Nicholas Goodly joins LIT Friday to discuss Black Swim.

LIT Friday is an August Wilson African American Cultural Center monthly virtual program. Hosted by poet and art journalist, Jessica Lanay, LIT Friday features in depth conversations on the final Friday of each month with writers and thinkers of the African Diaspora. The conversations focus on the intersection of the featured guests’ work and contemporary events affecting the global Black community. Previous guests include Man Booker Prize winner Bernardine Evaristo (2021), music journalist Nelson George (2020), public scholar Dr. Yaba Blay (2022), journalist and author Danyel Smith (2023), and National Book Award finalist Nana Kwame Adjei-Brenyah (2024).”
