We do this with the support of tens of thousands of poetry readers and some very special organizations. Below are some of the key partners who help make Copper Canyon’s mission possible.

Academy of American Poets was founded in 1934 to support American poets at all stages of their careers and to foster the appreciation of contemporary poetry.
Arts Fund was founded in 1969 to support a resilient and robust arts sector that contributes to the health and well-being of our communities.
The Paul G. Allen Family Foundation works with nonprofit organizations that are presenting the highest quality of contemporary artistic programming and demonstrating clear purpose, excellent management and involvement in the greater community. They moved our press towards greater self-sufficiency through a major grant to our e-book program.
The Witter Bynner Foundation is dedicated to promoting poetry in American culture and seeks to expand awareness of the positive effects of poetry on society. Their support is a bulwark of our works in translation.
Centrum is an arts organization in Port Townsend, Washington. They host world-class events like the Festival of American Fiddle Tunes, the Acoustic Blues Festival, and an annual Writer’s Conference.
